Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of new systems and integration of existing systems from initial requirements gathering to configuration, testing, deployment, and user training
  • Lead multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously, ensuring the projects remain on target and deadlines are met
  • Drive projects forward by building and managing a realistic schedule and project forecast; facilitate and foster communication within and across teams
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration workflows, and processes to ensure ease of troubleshooting and future integrations
  • Drive internal process improvements and methodology within the support org as needed to ensure successful and satisfied clients
  • Works independently and collaboratively on customer-specific solution design and functional configurations
  • Supports customization testing, including preparation of test scenarios
  • Facilitates communication upward and across internal project team including status of assigned tasks
  • Produce high quality presentation materials, reports, workflows, process definitions, and other project artifacts as required
  • User management and access control of the support tech stack
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure data is correctly integrated between systems and platforms
  • Lead the change management process for the support team, ensuring that any new systems, processes, or technologies are effectively implemented with minimal disruption
  • Provide training to internal teams on new systems and integrated processes. Offer ongoing support to resolve technical issues and enhance user adoption
