Summary

Join Nagarro, a digital product engineering company, as a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) and contribute to the development and delivery of solutions that provide business outcomes. You will work with the IT Global Delivery Europe Team and Business Stakeholders to evaluate business and technical requirements, identify needs, and support the development of strategies to maximize digital opportunities. This role involves creating functional and nonfunctional product backlog items and user stories for application deployment, enhancement, predictive insights, AI/ML, and other digital solutions in the manufacturing industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on information technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Agile tools
  • Proficient with user stories, Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives, team planning and other related Agile techniques
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional groups to support consensus outcome/decision
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
  • Experience in how to apply different techniques to optimize the team's effectiveness when developing in an agile framework (for example: various Burndown technologies, differing retrospective, sprint planning handling bugs, etc.)
  • Experience with removing blockers for teams and acting as a champion for a cross-functional team or department

Responsibilities

  • Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing and delivering features iteratively
  • Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery
  • Consistently demonstrate Lean principles for efficient delivery
  • Work with the Product Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner on defining the projectโ€™s detailed scope
  • Responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs
  • Provide guidance and facilitates conversations as needed on sizing stories, choosing stories for sprints, splitting stories and determining technical story details
  • Work with the Product Owner and other BAs with the prioritization of user stories in the product backlog
  • Work with the Product Owner and BAs on defining acceptance criteria sufficiently for testing
  • Work with the Product Owner to confirm the delivered solution is in fulfillment of the stated requirements
  • Work with business stakeholders to test user stories

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Modules: Inventory, Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, Process Manufacturing. Alternatively, experience with different ERP systems
  • Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12 or other ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of business requirements and process mapping
  • Enhance processes related to Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Planning and Scheduling, Process manufacturing
  • Understanding of end-to-end processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master data management, Intercompany processes
  • Design and deliver complex custom solutions
  • Integration of ERP system with 3rd Party WMS, EDI solutions, Planning tools, etc
  • Expertise in Supply Chain Systems such as BlueYonder (JDA), BluJay, Llamasoft, or other related TMS, WMS, or SCM platforms
  • Experience with EDI translation tools and mapping (IBM Gentran)
  • Knowledge of the database model of Oracle EBS โ€“ modules mentioned above
  • OBIEE experience
  • Use PL/SQL for data management and insights within Oracle EBS
