You will analyze commercial opportunities in major markets, define strategies for commercial negotiations, and conduct analyses to generate future partnerships. Lead global initiatives to improve partnership agreement analysis and identify performance gaps. Analyze partnership feasibility, propose solutions, define commercial strategies, participate in negotiations, identify escalation opportunities, support performance teams, maintain a global market overview, and collaborate with various departments. Report directly to the Global Growth Manager - Head of Partnership Analysis. This role demands strong analytical skills, proactiveness, and a proven track record of turning ideas into action. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Physics, Maths, Economics or similar ones, with high achievement results
  • At least 2 years of work experience at consultancy firms or investment banking
  • Experience with presentations, storytelling and top-down communication
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Strong ethical commitment
  • Good interpersonal communication (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ideation and critical thinking
  • Impact-oriented and data-driven (strategic and business decisions)
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the feasibility of potential partnerships and propose solutions so that it makes sense for both Fever and the potential partner (demand analysis, pricing optimization, value proposition of the partner, Feverโ€™s value proposition, etc.)
  • Define and establish the commercial strategy to be followed in each of the markets under his/her direct responsibility
  • Participate in key negotiations with potential partners
  • Identify opportunities for escalation with partners (more geographies, stronger alliance, etc.)
  • Support performance teams on early identification of potential problems
  • Have a global picture of your markets and be the touchpoint of Growth with other departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.)
  • Work with people and projects across different markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
  • Report directly to the Global Growth Manager - Head of Partnership Analysis
