Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and propose data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to different audiences, including technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative mindset, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multi-task and shift priorities to meet more urgent requests
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in healthcare, business administration, economics, management information systems, computer science, or marketing OR Associate’s degree and equivalent combination of experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine business requirements, working closely with Engineering to translate them into actionable user stories
  • Support roadmap execution by gathering data, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform product decision-making
  • Ensure smooth product releases by working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Customer Success, Marketing, Clinical Services and Engineering
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for users, troubleshooting product-related issues and providing insights to drive improvements
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring clarity and collaboration
  • Support the development of sales collateral, training, and release materials
  • Translate data into user-friendly presentations meant for multiple different audiences
  • Contribute to process improvements and champion efficiency within the Product team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Background in the healthcare, SaaS, financial, or other regulated and/or data-driven industries
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Pendo
