Summary
Join SQLI Group as a Senior Business Analyst (BA) CRM specializing in Microsoft Dynamics for an ambitious global CRM integration project. This role involves merging two Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms, supporting approximately 5,000 users. You will define frameworks, processes, and solutions, ensuring seamless integration. The position is part of a major CRM integration project following a merger of two organizations. You will contribute to aligning processes and creating a robust CRM framework for global operations. The role offers a permanent contract, competitive salary, and various benefits. Remote work is possible for exceptionally qualified candidates from other EU regions.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM projects, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proven track record in tool integration for large-scale projects in international organizations, ideally in the CRM domain
- Understanding of CRM architecture and capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Fluent English (required)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various sectors to understand business needs and translate them into CRM requirements
- Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment
- Lead and support the design, testing, and deployment of the unified Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM tools into the broader IT landscape, focusing on scalability and user adoption
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to facilitate clear communication and effective problem-solving
- Provide expertise and guidance on CRM best practices, leveraging knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics functionalities
- Support change management and user training to ensure smooth transitions during implementation phases
Preferred Qualifications
- A technical background, including SQL skills, is a strong plus
- French & Spanish is highly valued
