Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Strong track record of developing and closing leads in overseas markets in the IT vertical
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field, consulting firms/ IT services companies with an appreciation and understanding of digital and selling digital solutions
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Responsibilities

  • Obtaining new business accounts and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Exploring opportunities to grow a business in coordination with the CEO and other key managers
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Attending virtual conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Build client relationships at the 'C' level and senior-level IT stakeholders who are responsible for driving business decisions
  • Work closely with the key managers and to drive business to closure
  • Follow up on warm leads and convert hot leads into sales
  • Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong track record in growing Solutions business
  • Direct sales and client relationship management experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills be able to work across all areas within a company culture that is entrepreneurial, flexible, high-performance, and agile
  • Ability to foster and maintain solid partnerships with clients and internal staff
