The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective B2B clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and providing regular progress updates. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is required, along with B2B sales experience and familiarity with various software tools. The position offers a freelance hourly rate of NT$200-NT$200, working 2 days per week for an initial 3-month period. Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (verbal and written)
• B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience is a strong plus
• Familiar with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, CRM, AI tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and an independent learner
• Interested in international business and open to short-term freelance engagement

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients in the Hong Kong market, developing targeted lead lists
• Proactively generate leads and initiate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls; coordinate and schedule meetings with key decision-makers
• Conduct independent market research to identify business opportunities and formulate effective outreach strategies
• Provide regular progress updates, pipeline reports, and actionable market feedback
