
Business Developer

Summary
Join ITQ as a Business Developer and holistically build and develop the company's customer base in France. You will contribute to ITQ's expansion and significantly influence its development as an end-to-end service provider. This role involves managing customer opportunities, building a sales pipeline, and handling all commercial activities within the French territory. You will collaborate with the sales team, develop sales strategies, and build partner relationships. As a trusted advisor, you will understand customer needs and translate them into solutions. You will also create offers, pursue opportunities, and accurately forecast sales. Requirements
- Have a degree in business informatics, business administration or an apprenticeship as an IT systems clerk or comparable training
- Have 3+ years experience in selling services, managed services, software licenses and hardware resales
- Be familiar with the VMware portfolio, editor, partners and clients
- Be oriented medior to large business accounts
- Be reliable, responsible and feel responsible for ITQ and our customers
- Have an independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working
- Be polyvalent in all business development related matters
- Have successfully demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills
- Be a native French speaker and have excellent written and spoken English skills
Responsibilities
- Develop a new market for ITQ in a dynamic and small team of experts
- Build and manage customer opportunities in collaboration with the (inside) sales team
- Build and sustain a pipeline of business across (new) customer accounts, based on the ITQ full breadth of services
- Handle all ITQ commercial activities within French Territory, including sales of all ITQ services: professional, managed and support services as well as software licenses and hardware resales
- Co-develop a sales strategy towards the ITQ revenue and profitability targets with the sales team and stakeholders
- Build and maintain partner relationships with other IT service providers in France
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and translating them into solutions and services
- Create offers and service descriptions
- Pursue opportunities and close them
- Provide accurate forecasts of license, service and other sales as well as new customer creation in the CRM system
