Summary

Join HSO International as a Business Developer and become part of a dynamic sales and marketing team focused on growing the company's Cloud Services. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, building relationships with Microsoft sellers, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with experience in SDR/BDR or similar roles and a strong understanding of cloud applications and the Microsoft ecosystem. The position offers freedom and flexibility, a competitive salary, and good fringe benefits, including a laptop and mobile phone. While largely remote, the ideal candidate will reside in Dublin or the Netherlands with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Have 4-8 years of relevant working experience in SDR, BDR or similar roles
  • Possess a good understanding of Cloud applications (like Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI and Cloud Integration) and why they play such a pivotal role for global companies
  • Have a certain understanding of the Microsoft partner and seller ecosystem
  • Have experience with Office 365, Dynamics 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar systems
  • Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Execute desk research to identify, profile and qualify leads and accounts matching our ideal customer profile
  • Connect and engage with relevant stakeholders at designated target accounts
  • Link the business challenges of target accounts to the HSO International proposition
  • Work with the marketing team to follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate (inbound) leads and navigate Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads
  • Work with the sales team to turn Sales Qualified Leads into Sales Accepted Opportunities
  • Connect and build relations with Microsoft enterprise sales in selected target markets
  • Build a marketing contributed pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be a passionate professional scouting the market to identify, profile and qualify accounts and leads that fit the HSO International Ideal Customer Profile
  • Be a thorough researcher capable of analysing annual reports with related financial statements
  • Be proactive, capable and eager to connect and engage with key stakeholders at targeted accounts
  • Be capable and comfortable pitching the HSO International story, and why target accounts should care about it
  • Be a committed team player that nurtures Marketing & Sales qualified leads
  • Have a can-do mentality that takes ownership and accountability for tasks and responsibilities assigned
  • Be proficient in building, maintaining, and developing target accounts using a CRM system
