Requirements

• You are a master networker and enjoy working autonomously with a lot of energy
• You are creative, like to tackle things directly, are ambitious and well-organized, keep an overview, and are not afraid to voice your opinion
• You have at least four years of experience in Sales / Business Development in a SaaS company
• You are a university graduate with a good degree
• You are excited by our mission, you are proactive, well-organized, and always keep an overview
• You want to be part of a European success story, grow with us and win the German market
• You are proficient in German (C2 level) and have good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Acquire expert knowledge on the topic of E-Recruiting
• Organize meetings with potential new customers and convince them of our products and services
• Sell our products to top-tier companies for whom digital collaboration with universities is indispensable
• Use your creativity and find suitable offers that meet the individual requirements of your customers
