Requirements

- Track-record in successfully closing high-ticket deals to BtoC clients
Responsibilities
- Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses
- Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads who are familiar and excited to chat with us
- CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot. Ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM
- Tacking Objections: Review 2-3 call recordings per week to improve objection handling skills and propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings
- Event Participation: Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products. Assist in or lead at least two webinars per month
