Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development with a successful B2B sales track record
  • Experience in EU, US, and Canadian markets, understanding cultural nuances
  • Build sales strategy from the scratch
  • Familiarity with the helpdesk and CRM market to effectively position our solutions
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2), able to convey complex information clearly
  • Experience conducting discovery calls to uncover client needs
  • Proven ability to close deals with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently to achieve goals
  • Quick learner who can thrive in dynamic environments
  • Innovative thinker eager to explore new ideas

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Conduct insightful meetings that showcase SupportYourApp's value and address client needs
  • Nurture leads through clear and concise email correspondence
  • Collaborate with clients to define objectives and align solutions with their requirements
  • Assist in crafting compelling commercial proposals that resonate with clients
  • Work with marketing and technical teams to optimize sales efforts and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Provide timely sales activity reports to management, tracking progress and identifying improvements
  • Gather insights from stakeholders to inform product development and service enhancements
