Summary
Join Swile's growing Sales Mid-Market team in the Aquitaine region as a Business Developer. You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with companies of 50-1000 employees. This role requires strong sales experience, expertise in CSE/Unions, and knowledge of the local Aquitaine market. You will work closely with a team, participate in events, and contribute to the company's growth. The position offers a chance to develop your skills and contribute to a company with a strong commitment to social responsibility. Swile's recruitment process involves four stages of interviews.

- You have a hunter temperament and you already have significant experience as a field Sales representative

Responsibilities
- Analyze your sector and implement a prospecting and cross-selling strategy, through account mapping across the region
- Prospect and schedule appointments with companies of 50 to 1000 employees
- Guarantee the entire sales cycle of the various CSE solutions to our prospects (from the first field appointment to closing)
- Product presentation and demonstration: Make product presentations to highlight the features and benefits of the offer
- Negotiation and Contract Closure: Conduct negotiations and conclude sales, ensuring the mutual benefit of Swile and the client
- Sales and follow-up of the technical deployment of our solutions in collaboration with the Onboarding team
- Active participation in events: CSE trade shows, union congresses, lunches, etc. to energize your network
- Be proactive in suggesting areas for improvement in the business developer profession
- Ensure competitive intelligence in your region and master its competitive environment
- Management of your activity and implementation of necessary corrective actions
- Teamwork with your teammates: Sales Mid-Market in your region, Gift and MV, KAM, partnership team, etc
- Long-Term Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients
