Summary

The Binance Seeds of Success Trainee Program is a full-time opportunity for fresh graduates or those with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the cryptocurrency sector. The trainee will be part of the Big Fiat Business Unit, rotating across different functional teams and receiving one-on-one coaching from senior leaders.

Requirements

• Have a strong interest and passion in cryptocurrencies or blockchain sectors, ideally with project experience in these areas
• Fresh Graduates or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of plans for Big Fiat Growth operations, business development, strategy operations, Payment Channel management, and Product management
• Conduct market and competitive research to support business decisions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression
• Analyze business data to identify trends and provide improvement recommendations
• Support the planning, design, and development of new products and projects
• Collect and analyze user feedback to suggest optimizations
