Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of business development experience
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A visionary leader with a track record of driving business growth
• Strong financial acumen and experience with business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Expertise in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and partnership management
• Experience with CRM tools and data analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a clear and inspiring vision for business growth
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team
• Craft and implement a forward-thinking business development strategy
• Direct and oversee all business development efforts
• Serve as a bridge between business development and other departments
• Establish and track KPIs for the business development team
• Guide the team in making informed, data-driven decisions
• Encourage the exploration of new technologies and business models
