Summary
Join Binance's VIP and Institutional team, a part of the worldβs largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, and contribute to providing top-tier services to influential players in the crypto industry. Assist the Partnership Manager in daily account servicing, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries. Support lead identification and pitching appropriate products to potential partners. Participate in commercial negotiations and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments. Suggest innovative ways to enhance existing processes. This role requires strong communication, industry knowledge, and cryptocurrency/blockchain understanding.
Requirements
- Communication skills - Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders
- Industry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players
- Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge - A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential
- Language Requirement - Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Work Ethics - Disciplined and strong ability to work independently
- Educational Background - Polytechnic or University Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries
- Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively
- Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships
- Relationship Management - Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction
- Internal Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management
- Process Improvement - Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge on APIs - Having knowledge on APIs is highly preferable
