Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience or strong interest in HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment/headhunting industries
  • Proactive, high-ownership mindset with strong commercial drive
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients through outbound outreach, events, and network building
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Hit or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and showcase MokaHR’s value
  • Represent MokaHR at industry events, conferences, and partner activities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau
  • Provide feedback from the market to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies
