You will focus on generating new business opportunities in the Colombian market, particularly within financial services, insurance, healthcare, and other key sectors. The role involves identifying and closing opportunities with medium to large companies, offering advanced analytics, AI, data science, and custom software development solutions. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, present high-level solutions to C-level executives, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored value propositions. Success in this role requires managing the entire sales cycle and partnering with Microsoft and Databricks commercial teams. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in roles such as Sales Account, Solution Architect, or Technical Specialist
  • Proven experience leading complex sales of services and technological solutions
  • Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI technologies, and application development
  • Ability to build technology roadmaps and explain digital process transformation focused on value generation
  • Active relationships with sales structures at Microsoft and/or Databricks
  • Active network in industries such as finance, healthcare, consumer goods, energy, and retail

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads in the Bogotรก market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic contacts in key accounts
  • Present high-level solutions to C-Level executives, articulating use cases, technology roadmaps, and digital transformation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored value propositions aligned to client needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Partner with Microsoft and Databricks commercial teams to identify joint opportunities
  • Lead Client Relationships
  • Build strong partnerships with clients across the full prospection and sales lifecycle
  • Drive Account Growth
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within client accounts with Microsoft and Databricks. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize growth through structured account reviews and strategic planning
  • Create Seamless Experiences
  • Work together with internal teams like Growth, Delivery, and Solutions teams to bring successful case studies to new customers
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner
  • Work alongside senior leadership and technical architects to shape client roadmaps, adapt to evolving insights, and deliver high-impact outcomes
  • Showcase Value
  • Lead retrospectives, outcome reporting, and executive check-ins to effectively demonstrate the impact of our work. Ensure both clients and internal teams understand the strategic value behind each engagement
  • Monitor Client Health
  • Proactively track client satisfaction and health metrics. Conduct regular feedback loops to address concerns early and strengthen relationships during the first steps of the new contracts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, AI Fundamentals, or Databricks Fundamentals
  • Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Experience supporting or leading strategic account planning and renewal processes
  • Experience leading the development of data, analytics, or AI-based products
