Summary
Join PEOPLE10 as a Business Development Executive and contribute to generating qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn, focusing on the US market. You will engage with C-level executives, actively improve outbound sales skills, and become familiar with company services. This role requires scheduling meetings with decision-makers, following up with prospects, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The position demands strong communication, analytical, and time management skills, along with expertise in lead generation and CRM usage. The work timings are 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Have 0.6 - 1 year of relevant experience
- Possess expertise in lead generation via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc. and setting appointments
- Have expertise with various industry verticals like HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, InsurTech and other sectors
- Possess expertise in using CRM
- Be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Have strong listening and analytical skills
- Have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Have a good understanding of emerging technologies in the IT space
Responsibilities
- Generate/source qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc. by rigorously prospecting and researching within the US market
- Strike and initiate conversations with C-level executives through 100+ cold outbound calls towards the US region
- Actively improve outbound skills like elevator pitch, email drafts, etc
- Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company
- Prospect using various sales tools to create a credible outbound database
- Schedule and set relevant first-level meetings with the decision-makers of the company
- Actively follow up with identified prospects with relevant needs
- Maintain a strong outbound sales pipeline
