Requirements

  • 5 to 10 Years of B2B Enterprise Sales Experience
  • Ideally involving AI, data analytics, automation, or advanced software technologies, along with a strong local network primed for agentic AI solutions
  • Proven Track Record of Pipeline Building
  • Demonstrated success driving sales through PoCs and integrated partnerships with large enterprises or government entities—especially for AI or RPA solutions
  • Technical & Market Fluency
  • Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts, cloud computing platforms, and a broad awareness of the competitive landscape
  • Adaptability for Novel Solutions
  • Agility to identify product-market fit for emerging products in various industries, tailoring solutions to unique client requirements
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders, from technical engineers to C-level executives, and able to convey complex ideas succinctly
  • Thrives in Ambiguity
  • Eagerness to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities—maintaining focus on results despite uncertainties

Responsibilities

  • Localize and execute our go-to-market strategy, owning the P&L to propel sustainable growth and market expansion across the Middle East, with a focus on the GCC region
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, diagnose their business challenges, and deliver tailored solutions using our agentic AI products and models
  • Forge and grow consultative relationships with enterprise and government clients, prioritizing opportunities to maximize revenue and market share
  • Establish strategic alliances with channel partners to accelerate product adoption, with a focus on agentic AI offerings
  • Maintain a tight feedback loop with our product teams, ensuring cutting-edge research translates into high-impact, real-world applications
  • Represent the company at conferences, panels, and networking events, elevating our thought leadership profile and driving new leads
  • Embrace a “wear many hats” mindset to support various initiatives in an early-stage environment, contributing to our foundational success in Japan
