Business Development Manager

Summary

The job is for a Business Development Manager in a cryptocurrency trading entity. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the business management/sales/account management industry
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the crypto industry (DeFi experience is a strong plus)
• Possess a strong, proven interest in the CeFi and DeFi space
• Demonstrates a sense of high responsibility and welcomes the opportunity to take command of a task and see it through to its completion
• Knowing general market making is a big plus
• Must be fluent in English. Understanding Chinese/Korean/Spanish is a big plus
• Must be able to work in the NYC office

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with various ecosystem stakeholders to supercharge growth
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with existing or new partners
• Assist with business development initiatives in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams
• Maintain accountability; deliver successful outcomes with measurable results
• Identify emerging industry trends and leverage this information to inform our strategy
