Requirements
- Hold a business degree and/or have experience in a sales or marketing position, preferably selling to the public sector. Background in political sciences or the public sector is a big plus
- Be based in Germany. Our global team is used to working remotely together
- Enthusiasm, humor, empathy, and the ability to convey this through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Organizational skills. You know how to manage timelines, coordinate projects, and get stakeholders involved
- Tech-savvy and enjoy working with digital tools to boost productivity
- Bias towards immediate action and results. Youβve got to love measuring your own progress
- Analytical mindset. You use data to validate your assumptions and make informed decisions
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and English
- Hungry to learn. We invest heavily in making each other better

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in DACH, identifying and closing new business opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development Lead
- Create personalized, high-quality outreach campaigns targeting government entities from start to finish
- Prospect for new opportunities through online research, cold outreach and other channels, while developing technical know-how of the product to assist prospective clients
- Expand Go Vocalβs presence in the German public sector through networking, public speaking, attending conferences, and developing new partnerships
- Collaborate with an international team to localize outreach campaigns and present our e-democracy platform to governments via various communication channels
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the German procurement market is a big plus
