Responsibilities

• Drive market activation
• Build deep customer relationships and market knowledge
• Develop discipline in opportunity and front-end funnel management
• Progress regional business development talent and capabilities, in-line with Segment strategy
• Find new opportunities
• Establish connections and build relationships with potential customers
• Oversee customer engagements
• Leverage skills in understanding and matching customer needs and company capability offerings
• Add value through a project-based account management approach
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and develop customer-segment offers and solutions
• Gather market insights, and customer unmet needs
• Contribute to the development of Personal Care and Home Care multi-generational innovation portfolio pipeline
