Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on DID services preferred
- Strong understanding of DID services, VoIP technologies, and telecommunications market dynamics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our DID services through market research and prospecting
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and revenue targets
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored DID solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of services and promotional efforts
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management
