Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on DID services preferred
  • Strong understanding of DID services, VoIP technologies, and telecommunications market dynamics
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our DID services through market research and prospecting
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and revenue targets
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored DID solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of services and promotional efforts
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management
