Summary
Join LGC Axolabs as a Business Development Manager and lead the forefront of nucleic acid therapeutics. This fully remote role, based preferably in Berlin, Germany, involves proactively identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with Business Intelligence, and promoting Axolabs as a leading CRO/CDMO. You will build strong relationships with prospects and customers, driving business growth through strategic negotiations. The position requires proven experience in winning new business in pharma, biotech, or CDMO sectors and a strong understanding of drug development and regulatory landscapes. Up to 50% travel is required. LGC offers a comprehensive onboarding, permanent employment contract with a company pension plan (for German employees), and a wide range of employee benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional business qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience in winning new business in the pharma, biotech, or CDMO sectors
- Strong understanding of drug development and regulatory landscapes
- Expertise in external communication with customers, prospects, and industry partners
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, fluent in English, and comfortable navigating complex sales cycles
