Business Development Manager

Summary

Join OKX, a leading crypto exchange, as a Business Developer to manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the crypto industry. You will build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, plan and execute marketing campaigns, design tailored campaigns to maximize impact, and localize global campaigns. This role requires expanding the user base, devising creative affiliate strategies, analyzing campaign metrics, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience, experience building large affiliate networks, and a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency space. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
• Experience building large affiliate networks
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency space and enthusiasm for blockchain technology
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs, ensuring alignment with OKX’s brand and strategic objectives, and build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition
• Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with crypto influencers
• Design and execute tailored campaigns with KOLs to target specific audiences and maximize impact
• Localize global marketing campaigns to align with the cultural and market-specific nuances of the region
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand in LATAM
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and user aquisition
• Analyze campaign metrics and KOL performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics
