Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing roles in the crypto industry
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must
  • Familiar with the whole process of P2P operation, able to build merchant trust through service and daily management, not only relying on promotional activities to improve merchant activity
  • Exceptional written and communication skills in English and native Spanish are a must
  • Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Strong team mindset and solid work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Boost sales and contribute to our long term business goals by growing and establishing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners
  • Design and implement growth marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to support user growth and increase transaction volume in the Latam region
  • Be proactive to initiate innovative marketing ideas or marketing related product enhancements that will help to grow the business and enhance user experience in the region
  • Work closely with customer experience team to coordinate and resolve abnormal/complex orders, and address merchant inquiries
  • Constant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities
  • Conduct market surveys to understand users’ needs and identify gaps for product improvements
  • Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables
  • Continuous market research to identify and leverage on growth opportunities for the product (Including but not limited to market comparison analysis, business opportunities recommendations and relevant local market news)
