Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a top quota carrying business development manager, with a track record of outperforming targets and annual quotas
  • Proven success in selling payments or ecommerce solutions to SMB customers will be advantageous
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
  • Ability to build strong relationships, as demonstrated through prior experience prospecting and leveraging industry contacts to develop and close new businesses
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote teams)
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • High integrity and passion for excellence
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Thai will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new SMB customers for Payoneer across all verticals
  • Focus on acquisition of B2B customers. Identify and approach prospective customers and build a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Build and maintain client relationships and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top users to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs
  • Exceed individual sales targets, both # of clients and GMV for Payoneer’s SMB and particularly B2B business
  • Drive below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team
  • Collect and share voice of customer feedback with key stakeholders internally
  • Collaborate with multi-cultural cross-functional teams to execute central initiatives and represent the voice of the region
