Summary

Join Printec Romania, a multinational group with over 30 years of experience in electronic financial services, and contribute to the development and implementation of the country’s business strategy. Develop and expand relationships with key accounts across industries, creating opportunities to increase sales of new and strategic products and solutions. Identify and analyze market trends, liaise with potential partners, and explore new business opportunities. Lead projects from requirements through deployment, managing schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation. Monitor business development to achieve revenue growth and market share goals. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in IT companies and the FSI sector, plus 3+ years in a managerial position. A university degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing is required, and an MBA is an advantage.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years overall direct sales experience in IT companies, FSI, Telco
  • 3+ years in a managerial position
  • University Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
  • Working knowledge of MS applications (word, excel, power point)
  • Excellent command of English

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the country’s business strategy
  • Assess group portfolio of services/ solution as well as third party products and provide an educated opinion about selling proposition within the local market
  • Define sales strategy and “go to market plan” for new products and new industries
  • Develop and implement effective business development plans for all Printec products/ services/ solutions targeting new accounts and new industries
  • Identify and analyze market leading ideas and market trends (clients, technology, competition, market/business sectors trends) and liaise with potential partners to explore new business opportunities in the industry
  • Identify strategic accounts’ growth opportunities and sales results and submit proposals for the improvement of sales volume, profitability and payments
  • Explore and submit proposals aiming at the expansion of client basis and product, solutions & services coverage across industries
  • Lead its own projects from requirements through deployment, define schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Identifies potential partners/vendors needed to support the launch of new business initiatives
  • Engages with potential partners/vendors, structures and closes agreements for cooperation
  • Monitor business development for product/services/solutions in scope to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share
  • Provide regular and comprehensive updates on progress of projects to country sales management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international, multi-cultural organizations (desirable)
  • MBA - an advantage
