Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B business development experience
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities that results in new business
  • Maintain records and reports in our CRM
  • Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
  • Identify and establish potential channel partners
  • Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HRM software or systems
  • 1-3 years of experience selling Payroll, PEO, EOR, or Employee Benefits services
  • Prior exposure to working in a startup environment
  • Remote working experience
