Business Development Manager

Summary

The job is for a Business Development Manager to help expand the ERP solutions business in the Netherlands. The role involves developing and executing strategies, conducting presentations, managing customer acquisition processes, overseeing project implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements include native Dutch language proficiency, proven experience with ERP implementation and sales, strong organizational skills, experience working with Agile Methodology, a degree in IT or Business Administration, and fluency in English.

Requirements

• Native Dutch (NL) language proficiency
• Fluent in English (ENG) in spoken and written communication
• Proven experience with ERP implementation and sales of entire ERP solutions
• Ability to demonstrate ERP products effectively to clients
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with Agile Methodology
• Degree in IT or Business Administration or associated fields

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers
• Conduct presentations and workshops for clients to showcase our client's ERP solutions
• Develop project plans and solution proposals based on user stories and client needs
• Manage customer acquisition processes, including lead generation and follow-up
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of ERP solutions
• Estimate project scope and resources, and develop comprehensive project plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Travel to the client's location if needed for Workshops or Demonstrations
