Requirements

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for developing new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and lead generation teams to develop and convert new customer opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new markets, customers, and products
  • Engage in cold calling, contract negotiations, and client presentations
  • Develop tailored business proposals and manage the full sales cycle, from pitching to contract implementation
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay on top of market trends and establish valuable relationships
  • Achieve and exceed new business targets, while maintaining strong product knowledge and market insight
  • Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery
  • Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends to influence business strategy

Benefits

  • A competitive salary of Β£50,000 - Β£60,000 per annum + uncapped OTE
