Summary

Join our team as a Business Development Manager and be an integral part of our sales team in APAC. This role is based remotely in Singapore, where you will manage and coach a team of BDRs to foster a supportive climate of success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a manager of a sales team
  • Passion for sales and technology - we want leaders who love what they do and inspire their team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
  • Critical problem solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections
  • Experience managing and developing a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities within a CRM
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, general scrappiness, with the drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to travel for company events

Responsibilities

  • Managing and coaching a team of BDRs to foster and encourage a supportive and positive climate of success
  • Represent DoiT’s core values with a focus on managing the BDRs across APAC
  • Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and metrics to validate individual and team performance
  • Manage Opportunity and Pipeline creation for all BDRs, ensuring that they are meeting and exceeding goals
  • Create new content for the BDR team that illustrates DoiT’s services, solutions and technology for both Google and AWS teams
  • Deliver weekly regional team meetings to highlight areas of opportunities, and update with new company initiatives
  • Work closely with inbound reps (MDR) and outbound reps (BDR) to ensure optimal MQL conversion
  • Provide training and coaching on prospecting methods, using our multi-channel (phone, email, social platform, direct mail / incentives) approach
  • Provide training and coaching on best practices regarding utilization of tools
  • Provide training and coaching on best approach to foster a healthy and successful FSR and partner relationship
  • Identify contests and initiatives to be run within the team
  • Participate and drive QBRs
  • Attract, interview and help to hire talented individuals that are a strong fit with our culture and company vision
