Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales organization, preferably within the North Asia region. This experience should include a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and managing client relationships
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or related industries is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in handling a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises, will be advantageous
  • You must be a self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction. This includes identifying new opportunities, developing strategies, and executing plans independently
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively. This includes the ability to understand the client's needs, present compelling arguments, and find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Fluent in verbal and written English; proficiency in an additional Asian language ( Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean. ) is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of new customer targets and create supporting plans and strategies to engage with these businesses within the APAC region utilizing CRM tools to track progress and ensure follow-up and engagement with potential clients
  • Proactively identify and pursue new quality leads that align with Unlimit Account's business goals and product offerings. As BDM, you will be expected to participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant activities to source new opportunities
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Unlimit Accounts, establishing our position in the APAC market and promoting our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a thorough understanding of Unlimit Account's products and services
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and potential threats
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professional service to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Deliver on stretch targets to drive business growth
