As an Affiliate User Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy for affiliate user growth, creating and executing campaigns, partnering with communities, and managing the affiliate user lifecycle. Success will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the total number of affiliate users, conversion rates, and various financial metrics. This role requires fluency in English, a highly motivated and results-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities

• Create and execute affiliate user growth campaigns aimed at increasing FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM KPIs
• Partner with communities to launch campaigns with KOLs
• Develop a strategy to manage the affiliate user lifecycle
• Provide support to the Affiliate Growth team as required
