Summary

Join 1Password as an SMB/MM BDR and drive growth across the SMB and Mid-Market sectors within the EMEA Region. This remote opportunity requires strong communication skills in German and English, relevant customer-facing experience, and a results-oriented spirit.

Requirements

  • Communication & Language: You have strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage and develop relationships, sharing information effectively across all professional levels
  • Experience: Up to one year or more of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles where communication and relationship-building skills were essential
  • Results-Oriented: You are motivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets. You demonstrate discipline and a results-oriented spirit in all your efforts
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: You value teamwork and actively engage in knowledge sharing and celebrating team successes
  • Growth Mindset: You embrace feedback, continuously seeking learning opportunities, and committed to career progression and advancement within Sales
  • Curiosity & Adaptability: You are naturally curious, quick to adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools, and eager to learn new technologies
  • Organisation & Time Management: You have strong organisation and time management skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding experiences to prospective customers by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing their needs effectively
  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify inbound prospects, facilitating smooth introductions to our Sales teams for further engagement
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of 1Password and its value proposition, including the challenges it solves for our customers and users
  • Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilise a leading software stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn, to optimise your workflow and enhance productivity
  • Innovate and Experiment: Contribute to a culture of innovation by experimenting with new tactics and strategies to achieve the best results
