Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Inside Sales Account Executive
- Proficiency in Outreach, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and other sales-based tools and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and leadership abilities
- A positive mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and coachability
- Flexibility and patience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Active listening skills, with a talent for building relationships, tactfully overcoming objections, and finding creative solutions to challenges
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging email and engaging in heavy outbound calling
- Set up quality meetings, manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals
- Contribute to sales team units sold
