Business Development Representative

Summary

The job is for a Business Development Representative at Azavista, a global event management solution provider. The role involves qualifying and generating leads, engaging current users, scheduling appointments, and acting as the subject matter expert on Event Management product offerings. Requirements include 1+ year of successful experience in in/outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, exceptional communication skills in English, and a fast-paced work environment.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

Responsibilities

• Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
• Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
• Work closely with other Azavista teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
• Schedule appointments and demos for conferences and event departments
• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional languages will be a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS Start-up environment will be a plus
• Previous experience in working to a remote work-setting will be a plus
