Summary
Join Cardata and kick-start your sales career at a fast-growing tech company! As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will leverage tools and technology to identify potential clients and build targeted prospect lists. You will engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media, converting them into sales-qualified leads and booking meetings for Account Executives. You will nurture key accounts and maintain accurate data in HubSpot. This role offers mentorship from seasoned sales professionals and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment. You'll need exceptional communication and organizational skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for sales.
Requirements
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for cold calling and driving results
- Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to connect with prospects effectively
- Possess exceptional organizational skills to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Leverage tools and tech to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and build targeted prospect lists
- Proactively engage prospects through strategic outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach
- Conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and book meetings for our Account Executives
- Nurture and engage with key accounts through relevant social media channels
- Track all activities, maintain detailed notes, and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Stay up-to-date on Cardataβs products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in sales, particularly SaaS or tech sales
- Be familiar with sales performance metrics and data-driven selling
- Have knowledge of outbound prospecting tools like Zoominfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
