Requirements
- Have experience in the area of acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales
- Show determination and ambition to be responsible for your own personal success
- Have strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing
- Like to contribute your own ideas to bring yourself and your team to the next level
- Have the desire to develop or expand a career in sales
- Speak fluent German (native language or second language), English as well as Polish, Romanian or Turkish
Responsibilities
- Take the first contact with potential customers, whom you can address with the help of our newest sales tools
- Take over the responsibility for the full sales cycle, from appointment organization to the preparation and follow-up of your appointments to closing
- Use the CRM software Salesforce to keep an eye on everything and to ensure efficient lead management
- Understand how to implement new cold acquisition strategies and convert customers who already use our product to a paid version
