Requirements

  • Professional experience with sales and clear sales career orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable talking to strangers and are an expert making the first contact and building valuable relationships
  • Good, positive attitude
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques

Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive market research to discover new potential business clients and initiate contact with them
  • Qualify leads through calls and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective BDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails
  • Have a direct impact on the teams success, as the first point of contact for new HTB customers
  • Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB
  • Collaborate with Marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team
  • Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve generation of leads
  • Contact potential clients through various means of communication
  • Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services
  • Attend conferences and events in support of the European Federal team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a CRM and email automation tools
