Join Heard's growing sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR)! As the first point of contact for prospective therapists, you will identify and qualify leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel and setting up high-quality consults for the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). You will work closely with ISRs to strategize outreach and maximize conversions, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot. Leverage sales materials to drive engagement and contribute to pipeline growth. This role requires 1+ year of experience in a similar outbound sales role, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of outreach. A background in SaaS, fintech, or service-based sales is a plus.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-ups
- Comfort working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospective therapists
- Lead Nurturing: Identify therapists who are a strong fit for Heardโs services and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Set Up Sales Calls: Book high-quality consults for the ISR team by understanding prospectsโ needs and challenges
- Collaborate with ISRs: Work closely with your paired ISRs to strategize outreach and maximize conversions
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, tracking prospect interactions and next steps
- Sales Enablement: Leverage sales scripts, case studies, and value-based messaging to drive engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a service-based sales environment is a plus
Benefits
- $25,000 - $30,000 a year
- BDR Salary: $30K base; $30K variable
