Summary
Join Ylopo, a rapidly growing marketing and technology company, as a MaverickRE Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for responding to inbound leads, qualifying them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining CRM information. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is key to optimizing lead conversion. Success in this role requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (SaaS or real estate industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to engaging leads
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within the company
- Processor should be 2 Ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- Should have a backup Computer with the same specs
- A Headset with noise canceling feature is a must
- At least 20 Mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Backup internet is a must (strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (calls, emails, and online inquiries)
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments with the appropriate sales representative
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and re-engage cold leads
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly lead response and appointment-setting targets
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus
