Business Development Representative

Summary

Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to a dynamic sales environment. This entry-level position focuses on generating sales pipeline and revenue through phone-based lead qualification and outbound marketing campaigns. You will qualify prospects' needs for statistical analysis software and nurture relationships. Continuous training and coaching will support your growth into an inside sales role as an Account Manager. This remote position offers a base salary of $40,000 plus a $20,000 commission plan with uncapped earning potential. The role is available for remote employment in PA, OH, NC, and MI. Successful performance can lead to promotion to Sales Development Representative and then Account Manager.

Associate College/technical degree required

Responsibilities

• Generate incremental pipeline and revenue through phone-based qualification of both in-bound leads/contacts and outbound targeted marketing campaigns by qualifying their desire and need to acquire statistical analysis software products and services
• Facilitate and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects that need to be nurtured over time prior to qualification as an active sales opportunity within their assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• College graduates with business/marketing/information technology degrees is a plus
• Customer facing previous job roles is a plus
• Previous BDR experience is a plus
