Summary
Join Pearl Talent and work as a fully remote Business Development Representative (BDR) for a rapidly scaling financial consulting firm. This full-time position, open to candidates in the Philippines, requires generating new business opportunities, developing a sales pipeline, and cultivating client relationships. You will collaborate with the marketing team, manage data in HubSpot, and meet lead generation targets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via emails and LinkedIn outreach (no calls)
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Schedule and set up introductory meetings for senior sales executives
- Work with the marketing team to enhance outreach campaigns and materials
- Provide feedback on lead quality and engagement to improve targeting strategies
- Ensure all activities align with overall business development goals
- Leverage HubSpot to track, manage, and analyze all sales activities and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Use HubSpot's features to streamline workflow and improve efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial consulting or professional services industries
- Experience in multi-channel outreach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to provide insights on market trends
- Familiarity with Call recording software (Avoma)
