Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in consulting or professional services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via emails and LinkedIn outreach (no calls)
  • Research target companies and key decision-makers to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Schedule and set up introductory meetings for senior sales executives
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance outreach campaigns and materials
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and engagement to improve targeting strategies
  • Ensure all activities align with overall business development goals
  • Leverage HubSpot to track, manage, and analyze all sales activities and outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Use HubSpot's features to streamline workflow and improve efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial consulting or professional services industries
  • Experience in multi-channel outreach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn)
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to provide insights on market trends
  • Familiarity with Call recording software (Avoma)
