Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through email and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target companies and decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline
- Schedule and set up meetings for senior sales executives
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and materials
- Provide feedback on lead quality to refine targeting strategies
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Shadow senior executives on client calls
- Familiarize yourself with company services, sales collateral, and tools
