  • Customer Handover: Escalate customers needing more detailed information to the appropriate manager or department
  • Follow-Up: Provide follow-up support to confirm appointments and ensure customer needs are met
  • Communication: Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prospecting (Nice to Have): Identify and generate new leads through various prospecting methods
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Familiarity with the janitorial or service industry is a plus
  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital communication tools
