Requirements

  • Proven experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role with a strong focus on outbound sales preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful outbound campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and target the right prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and effectively transitioning leads to Account Executives (AEs)
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for driving results and a track record of exceeding targets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage Intercom support channel for a few hours each day to develop a deeper understanding of the product and gain valuable insights from customer feedback
  • Identify, design, and execute outbound sales campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads
  • Actively research and identify potential customers, develop prospecting strategies, and engage with leads to create new business opportunities
  • Take ownership of outbound campaigns from concept to completion. This includes prospecting, outreach, nurturing, and converting leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of outbound campaigns. Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum impact
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, target audiences, and campaign goals
  • Proactively explore and test new channels and methods for lead generation, constantly pushing the boundaries to find what works best for our target market

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Attio) and sales engagement tools (e.g., MixMax, Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus
