Summary

As a Business Development Representative at SiteDocs, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing relationships, setting up success for Sales Executives, and contributing to new revenue goals. A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required, proven customer support experience, sales or business development experience, and safety credentials are necessary. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using software programs like Salesforce, Orum, or similar. The position values clear communication, interdependence, continuous learning, and data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) is not required but is a plus
  • Proven customer support experience (or other relevant experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal, written, and listening), teach, and present concepts with excellence
  • Sales or Business Development experience is necessary
  • Safety credentials or experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate $150,000/year in revenue
  • Generate 3 opportunities per week
  • Generate 5 demonstrations per week
  • Maintain 130 calls per day dialed through our outbound software Orum
  • Provide detailed qualification notes to the Sales Executive Team
