This fully remote position requires high-volume outbound cold calling to blue-collar professionals. You will introduce and pitch SaaS solutions, build rapport with decision-makers, and manage leads in a CRM. Success involves generating qualified leads, meeting conversion targets, and maintaining organized CRM records. The ideal candidate possesses proven cold-calling and SaaS sales experience, excellent communication skills, and CRM proficiency. Requirements
- Possess proven success in high-volume cold-calling roles, particularly in outbound sales environments
- Demonstrate success in selling SaaS solutions to a variety of audiences
- Have a strong background in engaging and selling to Warehouse Managers, Operations Managers, and business owners
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Have experience using CRM systems for lead management and tracking interactions effectively
- Possess a natural curiosity to learn, paired with a resilient attitude to overcome objections and challenges
- Have the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and meeting targets
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to blue-collar professionals, including Warehouse Managers, Operations Managers, and business owners
- Introduce and pitch SaaS solutions, aligning offerings with the specific needs and challenges of prospects
- Build rapport with decision-makers and champions, fostering trust and engagement to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Effectively handle objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, share insights, and achieve collective goals
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Continuously learn about the SaaS solutions, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance pitch effectiveness
- Regularly report progress, challenges, and opportunities to management
